Artistic Director Resigns

Pegasus Theater Company sadly announces the resignation of our Artistic Director, Beulah Vega. The company's Board of Directors sincerely thanks her for five years of service and for the new energy and direction that she injected into the company. Beulah came to us with a wealth of theatrical background and experience. She helped us transition into our current nomadic state with her extensive knowledge of the Sonoma County theater community. Beulah was particularly successful in bringing to the lower Russian River skilled out-of-area actors and directors the company would not have attracted without her. Her costuming skills saved many company dollars. She will be remembered for assembling successful seasons of themed plays and adding staged readings of new and old works. In particular, the summer plays in Riverkeeper Park where she directed William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, Ken Ludwig's The Three Musketeers and Merlyn Q Sell's Tempestuous were successful due to Beulah's vision and strategy. Thank you, Beulah. You will be missed.

Currently, Pegasus has formed a play-selection committee to set the company's 2018 season.
